Vision

Leadership in providing student services and services to academic and administrative staff at the university with speed, accuracy, and efficiency, while serving the local and international community within the applicable systems and regulations. This is achieved using all available modern technological means in accordance with quality standards and in alignment with the vision of the University of Jordan.​

Mission

To enhance the quality of services related to the unit through an administrative staff distinguished by integrity, transparency, and qualifications to interact with students and members of the community both inside and outside the university. The unit also seeks to utilize all available resources and demonstrate professionalism in handling modern technological systems to achieve excellence and leadership in the services provided.​
