Conditions for admission to the Parallel and International Programs for obtaining a bachelor's degree:

Second: Admission Requirements:
1. The secondary education certificate held by the student should qualify them for admission to the college/specialization they are applying to, according to the admission criteria issued by the Jordanian Higher Education Council.
2. The minimum required GPA for the General Secondary Education Certificate to join the schools of Medicine and Dentistry is 85%, for Pharmacy and Engineering is 80%, for Sharia is 75%, and for Medical Laboratory Sciences, Nursing, and schools of Rehabilitation Sciences is 70%. For other schools, the minimum GPA required is 65%.
3. Students holding a community college certificate (intermediate diploma) or its equivalent may be accepted in corresponding specializations under the following conditions:
a. The student must pass the Jordanian General Secondary Education Certificate or its equivalent.
b. The student's GPA in the community college certificate (intermediate diploma) must be at least 'Good' or not less than 68% for all specializations except Pharmacy and Engineering, where the GPA must not be less than 70%.
c. Jordanian students holding a community college certificate (intermediate diploma) from outside Jordan can apply directly to Jordanian universities for parallel programs, except for Medicine and Dentistry, provided they pass the qualifying exam conducted by Al-Balqa Applied University for the purpose of parallel admission.
d. Non-Jordanian students holding a community college certificate (intermediate diploma) from outside Jordan can apply directly to Jordanian universities for international programs, subject to the following:
1. Acceptance in corresponding specializations according to approved lists.
2. The community college certificate (intermediate diploma) must be authenticated and ratified.
4. Admission to the parallel and international programs is competitive based on the student's GPA in the General Secondary Education Certificate, community college certificate (intermediate diploma), or the qualifying exam (for Jordanian students holding a diploma from outside Jordan) conducted by Al-Balqa Applied University for parallel purposes.
5. Those admitted to the parallel and international programs are not allowed to transfer to the regular program.
6. Those admitted to the international program are not allowed to transfer to the regular program or the parallel program.
7. Students who previously studied at any other educational institution and wish to join the University of Jordan must provide proof of good conduct from their previous institution.

Documents required upon completing the admission process:
- Original, authenticated copy of the General Secondary Education Certificate.
- Original equivalence certificate for students holding foreign or Arab certificates.
- Original comprehensive exam certificate and original diploma transcript, authenticated for students with diplomas from community colleges.
- Authenticated copy of the national ID and birth certificate for Jordanian students.
- Copy of the passport for non-Jordanian students.
- Three passport-sized photos.
